Karate
Chloe Ferrera won Gold at both the NZ Cup and NZ Open 2026 Premier Division competitions held in Auckland. Her performances at the Karate Youth League, NZ Open and NZ Cup contributed to her selection to represent New Zealand at the Junior World Championship in Poland this October.

The Junior World Championship is the highest and most prestigious international competition for Junior karate athletes, making her selection a significant achievement and a testament to her hard work and dedication.

In addition, she recently achieved another major success as part of a team of four athletes who won Gold in the Senior Female Team Kata event at the Oceania Championships. This victory secured their qualification for the World Cup 2026, where they will represent New Zealand in Hangzhou, China later this year.
