Our sister school in China visits
We welcomed 30 students and three staff from JiaXing Nanhu Experimental Middle School, China with a mihi whakatau from our junior kapa haka on Tuesday 13 May. Thank you to all the students, staff and host families who made them feel welcome as they spent the rest of the week with us. Thank you also to their accompanying teachers who presented Ms Moore with a beautifully handcrafted gift made by their senior students.  We wished them well on their travels to the Waitomo Caves, Rotorua and Hobbiton on Friday 16 May, before their return journey home the following day.

International students also enjoyed the production at the beginning of May – for some, it was lovely to see their friends in a different light.

Ngā mihi,
Kendall Watson-Peach
Director of International Students.
