Sancta Maria College Musicians at Tōtara Hospice Remembrance Service

Sancta Maria College music students provided spiritual music to support a very special remembrance service on 20 November for Tōtara Hospice, with about 220 people in attendance.

At the remembrance service, families shared memories of their loved ones who were very well cared for by Tōtara hospice staff and who offered dedicated support to whānau, ensuring they were fully supported while caring for their loved ones throughout their palliative journey.

Anthony Noble-Campbell, the Spiritual Care Liaison of Tōtara Hospice, also appreciated our students’ service and noted that “the students’ voices were so beautiful and added greatly to the spirit of our service.”  It was a very moving service and we are very proud of how our students represented our school.
