Congratulations to our Big Band and three jazz combos who made the long trip to Tauranga for the 46th National Youth Jazz Competition on Tuesday 26 March 2024. In total, 23 students performed, including receiving mentoring from New Zealand’s jazz luminaries such as the great Roger Fox. A great time was had by all, and it set them up for another busy year of jazz. They performed their hearts out and represented the school with pride, with the following commendable results:
