A huge Congratulations to Year 9 student Madison Tamuera for her win!

NZCU Auckland has an annual School Scholarship programme where applicants write an essay about the importance of saving and how these funds will help their schooling.
The award is a $500 monetary donation to the chosen child or grand-child’s schooling organisation.

We were delighted when NZCU announced that our very own Madison Tamuera was chosen to be a recipient of this award.
The money is paid directly to the school to be used for fees, uniform, stationery, or school trips for Madison.  Madison also receives a goodie bag (shown below) which was presented to her (along with the certificate) in a special prize giving assembly last Friday (8 April).  Here is a photo of her surprise award…
